TIME FOR JUDGE LaROSE TO GO

According to a person present in the courtroom, Roger J. La Rose, a Harper Woods District Judge has allegedly admitted he has Attention Deficit Disorder.  Larose has been on the bench since January 1, 1979.   Isn't 33 plus years long enough for any lower level State of Michigan Judge who it is alleged suffers ADD be on the bench?  The 32A District Court and the Citizens of Harper Woods deserve more than an aging Judge who is anti-small local business.

When Should a Judge Retire?

33 years is to long for any Judge to sit on any bench.  Bias and prejudice creep in against small business people just trying to employ people and survive in this economy.

Did you know that Judge LaRose has a financial incentive to find you guilty, of traffic offenses and impose court costs, fines, fees, against you as LaRose often does? Out of every 9 dollars in fines assessed against a citizen, 45 cents goes into the Judicial Retirement fund.

As to Court Costs, the Revised Judicature Act (Public Act 236 of 1961) provides for disposition of the first $9 of court costs imposed for a civil infraction, 45 cents of earmarked court costs are forwarded by the clerk of court to the executive secretary of the Michigan Judges Retirement System.

Citizens with complaints against LaRose should contact the Judicial Tenure Commission and file a grievance against LaRose.  Please click this link to instructions and obtain the form on your computer:  http://jtc.courts.mi.gov/grievance.htm

Guilty!  Thanks, Another Grand Into My Retirement Sucker
